Today EDG brings you a new update on things to look forward to. We have created a section on our site in which anyone can submit an article on current news in the EDM world. Once approved, your submission will be featured in the EDG global news section found in the Media tab.
Our YouTube channel will now be constantly uploading videos so those who have subscribed already will automatically be updated on the content we’ve been working on. We are excited to reveal the “Hub” which will be activated soon.
EDG's YouTube Hub
Using the Hub on YouTube makes it easy to check out EDM tunes from a vast number of genres. Not only can you listen to tunes using the navigation system but you will also find events and other featured content. Most of this content is generated by you, the users. The “Hub” can also be accessed via our website under the Media section. If you haven’t subscribed yet be sure to head over to our channel at www.youtube.com/elecdancegen.
We talked about user content being on our YouTube channel. Obviously this includes music, but we are going to be featuring EDM dancers as well. If you have any EDM dance styles you do on video, we will feature you if selected. These dance styles include shuffling, hardstep, jumpstyle, etc. You can have a chance to be featured by posting in our forums as we stumble across these videos.
Last but not least, our Remix of the Month and EDG Podcast launch will also be featured on YouTube. EDG Podcast will feature several mixes of popular EDM genres that will be put on iTunes. Every week a new main EDM genre will have a mix. Extended mixes will be hosted on our Mixcloud. EDM fans from all over the world will be able to get more out of their tunes on the go. We will have more information regarding our podcast soon.
